RTFC trading

Are you interested in trading Renewable Transport Fuel Certificates (RTFCs)?

RTFCs are tradable and any transfer of them is recorded within the register of RTFCs which we maintain within our database system, ROS. However, we do not provide any platform or exchange for setting up or negotiating the details of trades of RTFCs. We do not set any dealing prices and do not comment on prices at which trades may occur. Further Dealing in RTFCs is an unregulated activity and those dealing are not provided with any of the protections afforded by the Financial Services and Markets Act or any other regulatory legislation.

For those wishing to trade in RTFCs, set out below is a list of organisations that have notified the RFA that they are interested in trading RTFCs either as broker (who will set up the deal without owning the certificate) or trader. In publishing this list, we have not vetted any of the organisations referred to below and do not endorse any of the products or services provided by any of them. Anyone dealing with these organisations does so entirely at their own risk and the RFA accepts no responsibility for anything resulting from contacting or dealing with any organisation listed below.
